Privacy policy

BLANK is designed so you don’t have to read a privacy policy to feel safe using it. But you should be able to. This document describes, in plain language, every piece of data that BLANK and BLANK OS collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

Summary

• We don’t sell, rent or share your data. Ever. Full stop.
• We don’t run ads, we don’t have ad-tech SDKs, and we don’t use third-party analytics.
• We keep the minimum data needed to ship the phone, charge you once, and help you when you write to us.
• You can request deletion at privacy@blankphone.es and get confirmation within 14 days.

Data we collect

When you buy a BLANK

Name, shipping address, billing address and email. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card. We keep order records for as long as Spanish tax law requires (currently 6 years) and then delete them.

When you use a BLANK phone

The phone doesn’t phone home. No mandatory account. Error reports are optional. System updates download once a month, without sending an identifier.

When you use BLANK OS on your own device

For the Full plan we store: account email, device model, enrollment date and billing status. We don’t log app usage, contacts, messages, location, or anything that happens on the phone. Controls are applied locally via Android’s Device Owner APIs.

When you email support

The email, attachments and our reply. We keep them for two years, then delete.

On this website

No cookies beyond a session cookie for the shop, no analytics. Server logs (path, timestamp, truncated IP) are kept for 30 days for security and then rotated.

Data we DO NOT collect

• Contact lists, messages, calls, photos, locations.
• Usage patterns, app open rates, screen time (beyond what you see on the device itself).
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs.
• Any “engagement” signal for marketing purposes.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can access, correct, port or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@blankphone.es. We’ll verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
