Warranty and repairs

Every BLANK phone comes with a two-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by EU consumer law. We honour it without nitpicking.
What the warranty covers
- Defects in materials and workmanship.
- Battery capacity below 80% in the first 24 months.
- Internal components that fail under normal use.
What it doesn’t cover
- Drops, water damage, broken glass.
- Damage from unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs.
- Consumables such as cables, cases and chargers beyond their own 1-year warranty.
How to start a repair
- Write to repair@blankphone.es from the email you used to order.
- Attach a photo of the issue and the phone’s serial number (Settings → About → Serial number).
- We send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
- Most come back within 5 working days. We lend a courtesy phone if you need one.
Returns
On top of the warranty, we offer a 14-day return window for any reason. The phone must be in its original condition with the box. We refund the full price, including original shipping, within 14 days of receiving it.
Out of warranty
We repair BLANK phones indefinitely, at cost, as long as parts exist. Most screen replacements cost €60. Batteries €45. Mainboard repairs are quoted individually.
